Happy 18 months Ava Rose...
Bittersweet, that's the only way to describe the feeling you get when you watch your baby slowly become a little person. I'm part of a birth club and the other day we posted comparison pics of birth, a few months, a year, and now. It's amazing how much they change after they turn one. Here are some of Ava's then and nows...

Day One Hundred and Four
Beauty is natural...
I LOVE flowers and how beautiful the spring is. Here is a textured and non-textured version of some beautiful lilies. Which reminds me that I almost named Ava, Lily, and she is so NOT a lily. Funny how they become their names or their names become them.

Day One Hundred and Three
Prices....
Ok so Tuesday I went out and got us noodles & company for dinner and on the way back stopped by CVS to get Aaron alka seltzer. I also needed to pick up a few other items and was floored when I saw the price of razors. A pack of eight was almost $30 and that is just nuts. I hate the disposable kind because they just seem like such a waste and they almost always give me razor burn. So here is my picture of the O so expensive necessity item of the week.

So behind....
Ahhhhhhhhhhh....the combination of the end of the semester dawning and the beautiful weather is killing me. Ok well not really but it has meant that there has been way less time to devote to the blog. Normally I would get on daily and edit my photos and post them. However lately that time is either spent doing homework or at the park. So here I am to catch up. Let's see....Monday I took a picture of Ava's favorite thing....Ba'oon's. My Dad brings Ava balloons every so often and she LOVES them. She walks around the house taking them from room to room, hits them, kisses them, and shows them off with pride. Here is her latest one that my Dad brought her last Friday.

Day One Hundred and One
A Beautiful Sunday...
We spent the day at my Aunt and Uncles and it was just a great day. Good weather, good company, and good food.

Ava liked the water so much she took off running into it and I had to intervene which in turn meant Ava fell and got her dress all wet.
Some cool bamboo that was next to the house.
and then the day ended with the women on the back deck and the men on the dock.

Holy Crap...
I can't believe I have been doing this for 100 days.
Saturday we went and visited a friend of ours. It's nice now that Ava is older and only takes one nap (if we are lucky...sometimes its none) that we can go visit and spend time with friends.
