French Breakfast Puffs = yum yum
This Christmas Aaron got me a cook book called The Pioneer Woman Cooks by Ree Drummond. It is filled with great recipes, stories, and photos. I have been following Ree's blog, www.thepioneerwoman.com, for the last year. Every recipe I have ever tried has been a big hit with both Aaron and Ava. I made these french breakfast puffs the other week and decided to make some more this week so Aaron could have one to take each morning for breakfast. On a side note I am also making her white chicken chili that she posted today with her skillet cornbread from her book. So since most of my day has been spent cooking and baking I will share that with you as my picture of the day. Without further adieu here is the photo of the day.
Now I could not possibly post of picture of my baking mess without showing you the finished product...
Now stop drooling over the deliciousness that is Aaron's breakfast for the week and go make your own. Here is the link if you are interested http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2007/12/french_breakfast_puffs/
Isn't food FUN to take pictures of? We have the same measuring spoons btw (well one of my 5 sets).
